Brief Introduction

The waste generated by our production activities includes waste water, waste gas, solid waste, and noise. SBS has continuously invested and optimized the waste treatment equipment, improved the production process and raw materials, and established an effective waste management system for a long time. We have a good reputation and demonstration of waste treatment and management ability in the local region.
The designed maximum treatment capacity of our wastewater treatment station is 1400 tons/day.
After separate chemical treatment, class one pollutants in the wastewater meet the standards. The recyclable waste water enters the reuse system for the second treatment after physical and chemical treatment. The reuse rate of waste water is 50% in total. After deep treatment, the recycled concentrated water reaches the discharge standard and is discharged. Our wastewater treatment station is equipped with a complete online monitoring system with wastewater monitoring management standards, operation standards, emergency plans, abnormal operation standards, and other supporting systems. According to SOP requirements, decontamination employees should pass the exam and get certificates after training. The sludge generated in the treatment process is stored and transported in compliance with the regulations.
Formulating standard operating procedures, we treat the waste gas strictly and assign specific employees to manage and monitor the bleaching waste gas online.
Through long-term equipment introduction and technical transformation, SBS has good control of equipment noise. With the help of regular monitoring, no factory boundary noise exceeds the standard.
At the same time, for prevention, we have formulated a detailed emergency plan for pollution and waste and conducted regular drills to continuously strengthen employees’ capacity, improve management ability, and enrich management connotation.

Introduction:

Case 2:

Introduction: The wastewater treatment control system senses the main process parameters of each reaction tank through PH and ORP meter heads. When the wastewater treatment control system is running, it automatically transfers the control information to the linkage dosing device according to the set parameter range, to realize automatic dosing, with manual timing inspection to ensure foolproof.

Case 3 :

Introduction:

1. Electroplating wastewater is pumped to the chemical reaction tank through the lifting pump for treatment. The pollutants are transformed into settleable substances and flocculate into large particles.
2. The flocculated materials are precipitated in the sedimentation tank, while clean water enters the reuse system after secondary precipitation.

Reuse System

Introduction: Water after chemical treatment enters the reuse system. The treatment processes are as follows: sand filtration, carbon filtration, ultrafiltration, primary RO, secondary RO, and the reuse of reclaimed water. The quality of recycled water is better than tap water and can be directly used in the electroplating workshop.

Introduction:

1. Sand filtration mainly filters particulate matter in water, while carbon filtration absorbs organic matter.
2. The pore size of ultrafiltration membrane is 0.05um–1nm and the operating pressure is 0.1-0.5mpa. It is mainly used to trap and remove macromolecular substances such as suspended substances, colloids, particles, bacteria, and viruses in water.

Primary and Secondary RO Filtration

Introduction:

Reverse Osmosis is a film-separating technology powered by osmotic pressure difference. The pore size of RO reverse osmosis membrane is nanometer scale. Under certain pressure, water molecules can pass through the RO membrane, while inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloids, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the source water can’t, so that the pure water and the concentrated water can be distinguished. To ensure the stability of the reused water, the secondary RO is used for filtration.

Online Monitoring System for Waste Water Treatment 

Introduction: 

1. SBS has an independent online monitoring room to keep constant temperature and humidity according to requirements. Besides, SBS selects intelligent industrial control instruments and online testing equipment produced by enterprises that pass the certification of the environmental protection department.
2. The online monitoring system is networked with the information center of the environmental protection department, and the data is shared in real-time through the network. The monitoring equipment automatically conducts sampling tests every two hours and is calibrated according to environmental protection requirements per month.

Introduction:

1. After deep treatment, the recycled concentrated water reaches the discharge standard and is discharged.

2. The discharge outlet of waste water is provided with an online flow monitoring meter and relevant online pollutant monitoring sampling points.

Sludge Treatment Equipment & Facilities

Introduction:

1. The sludge produced by the sedimentation tank of the waste water treatment station is pressed and filtered by the press filter to become dry sludge. 

2. The sludge is collected and placed in nickel, chromium, and copper partitions, and recorded in real-time. The sludge storage warehouse has great rainproof, anti–corrosion, and anti–seepage performance.

Introduction: The picture shows the waste gas collector in our company. After entering the filler absorbing tower for purification treatment, the waste gas is defogged by the dewatering layer, meeting the standard emission, and is discharged through the exhaust cylinder.
