Zippers with detachable sliders offer two main advantages. First, if the slider gets damaged, replacement is much more convenient. Second, the separable design allows the slider to be easily detached from the garment, making subsequent sorting and recycling easier. Today, we’ll introduce two zipper designs whose sliders can be detached.
① Zipper with plastic inclined edge top-stop
Plastic inclined edge top-stop 45-degree inclination design. No other auxiliary tools required , the slider can be easily detached (installed) with just two hands, ensuring that the tape is not deformed and the teeth are not damaged. The slider can be replaced with ease!
② Detachable slider
With the help of stainless steel countersunk head cross screws, the zipper slider can be easily replaced and assembled. Installation guide: Simply snap the upper and lower shipboard fabric seams to the left and right fabric straps. The bumps of the lower shipboard snap into the grooves of the upper shipboard. The screw through holes of the lower shipboard fit into the blind holes of the upper shipboard. And then use a Phillips screwdriver to lock the upper and lower shipboards.
