In our daily life, zippers are an indispensable part of clothes, bags, and tents. However, when zippers encounter issues, they can often lead to inconveniences. This is especially true when zipper teeth are damaged. Traditional repair methods usually involve replacing the entire zipper, which is not only time-consuming and troublesome but can also affect the overall appearance of clothing, bags, or tents. When zippers are sewn into fabric, detaching and replacing the zipper may also cause irreversible damage to the item, potentially leading to the item being ruined.

Now, let’s take a look at SBS plastic tooth filling technology. With the help of this technology, you can repair the teeth of plastic zipper directly without detaching the zipper from clothes, bags, or tents. SBS uses precise teeth and has developed a special fixture for this purpose, requiring no complex operations. Just to clamp the fixture gently in the area where the teeth need to be filled, and the teeth will bite the tape firmly. You can restore the zipper function easily.

At the same time, SBS tooth filling technology is not only suitable for SBS plastic zippers, but is also compatible with mainstream plastic zippers.
