The SBS annual production project of 800 million zippers is expected to complete construction acceptance by the end of September. In October, supporting facilities including water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, and photovoltaic systems will be installed, with the project scheduled to officially commence operation between late November and December.
The first floor of Building No. 6 will serve as an intelligent production workshop for zipper chain semi-finished products and a nationally accredited laboratory. The second floor will be used as a plastic zipper production workshop, while the third floor will serve as a nylon injection molding production workshop.
The project will also be equipped with automated production lines, digital IoT systems, intelligent warehousing and logistics systems, and AI vision systems. It will increase zipper production capacity by 800 million pieces annually and generate an additional RMB 300 million in sales revenue.
