On April 15, 2025, the Jinjiang Enterprise Innovation Development Conference was held at the Jinjiang Second Sports Center. The conference focused on the theme of “In-depth Integration of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation,” bringing together representatives from the government, enterprises, and research institutions. SBS was awarded the title of “Key Enterprise for Tax Contribution in 2024” for its outstanding performance with an annual tax contribution exceeding 200 million yuan (RMB).

At the conference, Gao Xiuzhong, Director of SBS’s Technology R&D Center, attended on behalf of the company and successfully signed a project with Haixi Jinjiang Institute. The project focuses on the issue of heat shrinkage differences in SBS zipper polyester filaments during high-temperature processing or use, with targeted research in three areas: material optimization and development, filament reconstruction, and processing adaptation.

The goal is to enhance the performance of polyester filaments and zippers, helping China zippers capture a larger share of the global mid-to-high-end zipper market.
